Definitely more sweet than tart though. The ones pictured here were firm and not as flavorful as I have had them before so I guess I still have to learn when to pick them, but I guess I did ok for my first try. I think they are best when the texture is soft and the taste is that cross I mentioned earlier.<BR/><BR/>Erica, hope you get some good finds when your market opens back up.<BR/><BR/>Reeni, yes, we are so lucky to have strawberries nearly year round here!<BR/><BR/>Jessica, hope it warms up soon in Vancouver.
